How I Work...

With my 40 years  of experience I have developed  a calm, intuitive and deeply personalised approach to treating neurodivergence.

My method combines:

  • A holistic approach that treats the source of the problem, not just the symptoms

  • gentle case management

  • support along the way between sessions

Sessions are normally every 4-6 weeks and treatment would expect to last between 3 and 12 months.

The aim is to stabilise the system, reduce overwhelm, allow for intellectual and emotional development and help the confident happier identity to emerge.
